Have asked that question but not received a definitive answer. I use straight PGE-1 with good results. Tried a friends trimix and it burned like hell. Probably everyone is different.

Began using the auto inject after about six months of manually sticking the needle. Used the auto inject for about another six months but found it somewhat cumbersome and caused a few misses. Never had any pain or burn using it. Went back to manual Mode and happier with that.

Cranberry....May be way out of the ball park here...but consider the penile injection therapy. It's simple and cheap but produces wonders. Last resort would be an implant.
However at my age I pray the injection therapy will continue to work. Implants are beyond my consideration.

Good morning Robert.... Using PGE-1 straight . The uro started me off with 25 units but found 18 units worked well for penetration. For BJ's and HJ's only use 5 units.
