have you tried traction? should have started that as soon as possible. a VED will be negligible.
the place of your deformity is tough, but i'd much rather do traction and pumping than get an implant.
specially if you don't have ED.

i recommend you get a vacuum cup extender to basically extend the glans/shaft a bit so that it doesn't poke. better than getting a revision.

It's easy to avoid issues like scarring with injections. I would personally just stick with injections but add:

- Daily VED
- Daily Traction
- Pentoxifylline

This will avoid scarring and even increase size.

I 100% agree with you. I personally use injections as a single man and they are amazing. I don't understand why a single man would want to get an implant, specially if they're young.
