I basically had all of the symptoms, I made minor improvements to them prior by doing different pelvic floor exercises. The ones that helped the most were bicycle kicks, hindu squats, and glute bridges, combined with alternating reverse kegels and regular kegels. Mindfulness and focuses relaxations ...

My revision was definitely easier than my first surgery. I apparently recover quickly regardless. With that said, there was still some minor aches, pains, and issues.

I did. Almost all of the HF symptoms are now gone.

Not attached, nor should it ever be. It feel and moves exactly the same as before implant.

I did it for a while with Tatem's recommendation. I've done it w my revision as well. FWIW, its called a stretching routine, not a bending routine lol. Bending would be pretty painful.

There are tons of variables involved in infections rates that this study does not account for. I agree in that its just a poorly designed study. Already mentioned -why such a small dependent group -who are the docs performing these operations and what is there overall infection rates Not mentioned -...
