I tried alfuzosin but it did nothing to improve my erections. Oral phentolamine is the only alpha blocker that works for me. In your experience, is phentolamine better than viagra? Do they both do the same thing? Apples and oranges, they are two entirely different drugs and you can't really compare...

I don't know about ED but back pain is definitely one of the symptoms of covid.

UPDATE: I started taking an antiviral yesterday and my back pain 'magically' disappeared, as well as the respiratory symptoms. This is definitely covid related!
