Before going for injections, I strongly suggest to try different oral treatments, under the supervision of a doctor.

I suggest combination therapy in these cases. Oral phentolamine by itself is useless for me, but it's brilliant when I take it in combination with udenafil. Combination may, however, worsen side effects, always consult your doctor first.
