My Uro. recommended at least once a day, forever. His reasoning was that it will keep the parts lubed and discourage failures. As far as restoring presurgery size I've heard suggestions of 2 to 3 times a day for about a year, pumping to the point of slight discomfort for at least 10 minutes

UPDATE:
5 months out from my implant surgery I woke up to find my pump was free! I was doing almost daily pulling down and it just seemed futile. Finally I can position the pump behind and below the balls. I have a pretty compact scrotum so the pump does to my balls what a Wonderbra does to tits.

My 1st time I was a bit sore afterwards where the tips meet the glans. Since it was 6 weeks, 1day post surgery I was a bit eager so the session was quick. Subsequent episodes were better and better. Now I'm a porn star, JK
