Not true for me. My ED was gradual and worsened for many years, until I finally got an implant after pills and injections failed. I saw no change in length during this lengthy process, and it remains the same now as it was pre-ED.

An implant will not affect your physical activity in any way (after you're healed, of course). Slipping off your bike seat onto the top bar wouldn't be very pleasant, but that's not very pleasant without an implant.

+1 - I've been on Metformin for years and my ED only got worse as time went on. I don't attribute the worsening ED to the Metformin, but it certainly didn't improve the condition.
