My urologist provided the VED and recommends 2 sessions of at least 10 minutes per day of 'uncomfortable but not painful' pressure.
I do not really know all the reasons but together the three things seem to be working pretty well.

I haven't been mentioning the pumping sessions that I've been keeping up with. Daily, at least 10 minutes, two different times were the original instructions. An emotional upset in the last week (death of a friend) caused lack of libido for a while but that seems to be coming back now. Otherwise same comments as previously.
