Try pumping up to max then get in a nice hot shower or better yet a hot bath. After a bit try inflating some more. I can get another 5 to 10 extra pumps in. I usually keep it inflated after my shower while I shave. Uncomfortable? heck ya but helps with length and girth and feels great when I deflate...
