A hint for users of VEDs with rings: Always use a little lube on the ring loader and the outside of the cylinder where the rings are loaded to. The rings will last a lot longer. It damages the rings when you slide them on the on the loader or off the cylinder dry.

Well that is a very weak tri-mix. Very much a beginner mix. You can go a lot stronger.

They're certainly good reliable starting areas. With your experience you should be able to expand the range a bit. I'll use 2 to 4 and 8 to 10.

I don't know how big a part this plays in your situation but: The heavy hitter in tri-mix is usually the alprostadil (PGE1) and it loses potency rapidly if only refrigerated and very rapidly at roon temperature.
