Re: Fullness ?
at one month out, you’re just beginning your cycling journey. A lot of guys here posted about their respective cycling regiments. Make no doubt, cycling is physical therapy. Not playtime. It is through consistent and aggressive cycling that you will attain the hardness and restoration of length that...

Re: Dr. Kramer (?)
Ton of guys here have been implanted by Dr. Kramer. One of the franktalk hall of famers. Problem for you is that over time most guys appear, chronicle their journey, ask questions, then after the surgery they fade away back into their usual lives. Fortunately for you is that these archives are avail...

Re: First go at sex with implant-help!
My girlfriend says there is something obviously different about my dick when flaccid. She’s right. Anybody could feel the silicone cylinders and in my case, the tubing at the base. She says at about 30%+ it feels like a natural dick and she adores it REALLY hard. Thing is like steel spike. First tim...

Re: How to sleep on stomach after surgery?
Can you side sleep? I’m assuming you’re partially inflated. If so, a pillow between the legs while sleeping in the side helps. If you’re inflated and trying to stomach sleep…well, good luck with that table leg poking the mattress.
Once you’re fully deflated it will be no problem.

Re: Deflating Titan Classic pump
Classic pump here. The round pump is obvious. Run your thumb and forefinger up until it’s not round anymore. You found the bar. With thumb and forefinger, squeeze hard and hold. If your dick is highly pressurized you don’t need to squeeze it for several moments. The pressure will equalize and stop d...

Re: Sex weeks AMS LGX and deflate button located! Woohoo!
Your confidence in pumping and deflating will surely improve. Pretty soon it will seem second nature. I remember my very first cycling experience, at six weeks. Like you, I was sporting a chub the entire time. Doctor said to deflate first. In the back of my mind was the fear “What if I can’t find it...

Re: Rodsmen's First Public "Showing" 74 days post-surgery (10 weeks)
I love that franktalk is a judgement-free zone and as such you are free to share such a remarkable story. My ex-wife and I were active in the lifestyle, swinger-world, and your story makes my stories seem downright vanilla!. Despite your at-present loss of length, what you now have i can only aspire...

Re: First go at sex with implant-help!
Thanks guys. I’d love to hear from some others: 1. If your partner does touch your sack and feels the pump, what do you say? 2. How do you get started when you get into foreplay? Are you already hard from pre pumping? Anyone not pre pump when they know sex is coming? I’m guessing you are referring ...
