Re: Penuma implant Dr Elist
From looking at the page this procedure only improves the flaccid size, but adds to the girth of the penis. As to the lose of erect size, that could just be down to the penis retraction after the operation. I've had the Nesbit operation in the pass and that retracted my penis too. You only two weeks...

Re: Length Of Time With Your Implant
My doctor told me that with revisions a bigger implant is usually fitted.
Did you experience this with yours over the years.
Has your size changed from the first implant to the lastone you had fitted?

Re: New implant brand zsi from switzerland
What I'm surprised about is how nobody's working on the tips that go into the glans. That to me is one of the big issues with implants at the moment. It doesn't matter how natural the rest of the implant feels, you have an inch of hard plastic at the top of your penis.

Re: Dr. David Ralph - Any bad experiences?
RTE are Rear Tip Extender, which means I have the hinge effect so my penis points down. Also it means the tubing is at the base of my penis so you can feel it. Think if I had a 22cm implant with one RTE, it would have hide the tubing better. The penis works fine and I can have sex with it, cylinders...

Re: Dr. David Ralph - Any bad experiences?
Hey. Thank you for the reply. I am not sure the NHS is as swift as you describe. I have waited 14 months simply to see a Urologist before! I am also quite far from London.. our system would not be the same. If I could get it done within the year, then sure I would very much consider the NHS, but I ...

Have you had any experience of Dr Ralph yourself? Have you been implanted?
We are fortunate to have the NHS but in this regard, for me, it’s not an option.

Re: Dr. David Ralph - Any bad experiences?
Hi, I'm would say from your first consultation with with a NHS doctor at the UCLH.(from my own experience) You could be implanted within a year, three years sounds crazy. As they would have to on the first meeting ask if you used any pde5 inhibitor like Viagra. Talk about your sexual history, see if...

Re: Penis Pump after implant
Hi Pianoman, Just a couple of quick questions, you say you pumped before both surgery's. But you also pumped with a VED after you were implanted. How long did you continue to use your VED after surgery and what was your protocol. Also as your penis got bigger, did you have any issues with the implan...

Re: Proper way to measure?
Curious with your 18cm and 5 cm RTE, what is your length now that it has been almost a year? I'm at between 17cm up to 7inches, but that's with soft glans, also have some scar tissue from a vein ligation surgery. The scar at the base of my penis so that makes it harder to get a true measurement. Th...

Re: Proper way to measure?
The correct way has always been the pubic bone pressed measurement. Which you do by pressing the ruler along the top of your penis and press to the pubic bone. The two ways you posted are both wrong, every one needs to measure the same way or your can't compare results. Kind regards Curious with yo...
