Keep pumping until you can't pump anymore, wait a few minutes and try again. I am about 6 months post activation, length and girth
still improving. Doc said it would continue to improve for at least a year, which would be great, but pretty satisfied now.

Re: My tips for pre-op, during and post-op for penile implant
My urologist that removed my prostate due to cancer (non nerve sparing) to use the pump. I used it for sex a couple of times before getting an implant.

Re: Both dissapointed & have a pump question
AMS 700 here. I was similar to you a couple of months after activation. Not much different flaccid than when pumped at first. Also, more narrow toward the end. Almost 6 months now, and girth is thicker near the end, length looks almost pre prostectamy. It is still early for you, but contact your doc...

It was about 4 weeks follow up for me. No activation until then. I was pretty uncomfortable for a few weeks.

Re: LGX, CX, Titan
I used the pump shortly after RP. No problems before, but the nerves were not spared during RP, no signs of life a year later. I was scared about the implant as well, but for me, it was either go for it or have a wet noodle. Even though I could perform somewhat with the pump, I wanted some semblance...

Re: Insurance approval and cost
I have Aetna also. The doc's office said was approved, then got a bill 6 months after procedure for over $4000, which is more than my deductible. Doc's office said they are filing an appeal, so see how that shakes out. I am not sure why in this day and time, it takes 6 months are longer to receive a...

Re: Serious Buyer's Remorse today....
I felt the same way for a while. First activation 1 month after surgery, hurt like hell for a while. Learned to pump better. First sex about 5 weeks after activation. Still discomfort at the time, not as much length or girth as I would like. Could pump all the way when using as too much discomfort. ...

AMC 700 LGX here, at first, is thought it may be a little too hard, it felt like a steel pipe when inflated. 4 months past first activation, it feels a little more natural, but still harder that the natural erections. Hard enough for me and more at this point.

Re: New to pumping
It appears after reading this and with personal experience, you can at least keep size. I am sure you can do damage, but don't pump so much that you feel lot's of pain. Probably best to discuss with your doc.
