I’ll second Dr Loria he’s the best out there and it’s permanent. I’ve gone from 4.5 to 7 at the base and over 6.5 the rest of the way up.

The biggest issue is having fillers and knowing what length needle will reach the corpora. Trimix shots was not something I had on my radar when I got the fillers but I have learned a 1” needle all the way inserted reaches perfectly.

Just curious if anyone combines a small does of PDE5 with Trimix? Ever since I started on Trimix it provides a decent erection but not as hard and firm as I’d hoped for (similar to youthful erections). I thought about cutting my Trimix dose from .15 to .1 and trying say 25mg sildenafil. Thoughts?

Meaning the scar tissue creates and area where the filler can’t stick on and will look deformed when soft/flaccid. Very hard to get filler to spread nice and even when you have scar tissue from the injections. Mine looks weird when flaccid but I don’t care really at all as long as when it’s hard it...

I will most certainly be leaning on the doctor and his team to do the leg work I just need to make sure UMR will cover it under any circumstances and if not I need to find another insurance company.
