Re: Daily cycling.
How long should continue daily cycling, after surgery? Six months, nine months, or a year? The protocol varies greatly from surgeon to surgeon, as commented upon frequently here on FT. My surgeon suggested that I continue to cycle for one hour every day to maximum inflation to the threshold of pain...

Re: Basic questions...
My viewpoint is if you cannot get a hard dick naturally, get the implant. As you might recall, SW0110, you and I have exactly the same equipment. Anyway, I generally agree with your viewpoint on this subject. However, if you read the guy's post entirely, consideration must be given to his overall h...

Re: Inability to ejaculate .
I'd almost give most anything (almost "sell my soul" if you know I mean) to trade my DE for PE about now, since I can stay up after orgasm until I'm ready to quit. I'd swear on a stack of bibles that I've muttered the exact same words, waynetho!!! Just came off another failure to launch, ...

Re: Lorazepam or Beta Blocker to ease performance anxiety
It has been scientifically proven that beta blockers (prescribed for high blood pressure) are known to retard orgasm and ejaculation. A listed side effect of Lorazepam also is orgasmic dysfunction.

Re: Inability to ejaculate .
newbie443 has already provided some good information about anorgasmia, which I have suffered myself since implantation 9-1/2 months ago without finding a solution...yet. However, there is a separate topic here on FT for the discussion of this subject. It appears two below Implants. Hope you check it...

Heart disease and cancer both...and at such a young age...gets my empathy, corporatestiff. So, I'll do my best to answer your questions and provide some advice in addition to what waynetho just posted. Obviously, the first consideration is how implantation surgery will affect or be affected by your ...

Re: flat penis with implant
I am NOT a doctor, but I am an anatomy and physiology expert. Arteries supply blood to the body from the heart. Blood must be supplied to every cell in the body or those cells die. That is why priapism is so dangerous. If an erection does not subside the penile tissues do not get fresh blood. The c...

Re: flat penis with implant
Blood supply to the glans does NOT come from the spongiosum tissue in the cavernosum. Its blood supply comes from a separate vein which should not be affected by implantation. In my own case, blood does not flow to my glans even when I'm stimulated now, which it did prior to surgery. My surgeon clai...

Re: Natural Vs bionic: whats the difference?
hope794...A working, blood-filled natural penis is the best case scenario. An implant is the next, last and only option and it comes with both positives and negatives. An ED dick is worth shit. If you had a working natural penis (with or without injections, etc.) you wouldn't be on this site. So, wh...
