Re: Do we know of anyone choosing an implant for cosmetic reasons?
In many cases, breast implants are not unlike penile implants in that they can make a woman feel whole too...for the first time or once again.

Re: Preferred Surgeons for Penile Implants in Southern California
I'm just 8 days away from my one-year implantation anniversary! I can't say enough good things about my surgeon, Jesse Mills @ UCLA Men's Clinic in Santa Monica, CA. Feel free to PM me if you want more specific details.

Re: Do we know of anyone choosing an implant for cosmetic reasons?
Welcome to the Brotherhood, cbinspok! We have almost EXACTLY the same implants (you have one more RTE than me) and I could not agree more with what you wrote. I didn't know until weeks after surgery that I would have a flaccid penis almost TWO INCHES longer than before. From a grower to a shower -- ...

Re: How long was cycling painful for you?
There are a multitude of posts on FT about this topic from which you can get valuable information. Simply type "cycling" in the Search section. Personally, I cycled religiously for one hour daily beginning at 6 weeks post-op and continued until it was no longer painful, which happened at a...

Re: Preferred Degree of Hardness During Sex
You say that you're doing an investigation about AMS LGX experiences. May I assume that's because you're considering an implant and trying to decide between the LGX, another AMS product or a Coloplast Titan? I have an LGX and could not be happier (nor could my wife!) with the rigidity and longevity ...

Re: Let's do a research project
A happy update to my post above... My MRI results showed that I have compression of my spinal cord at L4-5/S1 which my surgeon says "might" be causing anorgasmia. Ironically, since my previous post I've hit home runs 3 straight times during sex after 11 months of continuously striking out ...
Re: Numb
As I've posted numerous times now, I had little sensitivity in my penile shaft and glans post-op and tried everything known to medical science to try to "speed up" the recovery process and be able to experience orgasm/ejaculation again. Of course, it was scary to think that I would never r...

Re: What happens if I don’t pump or use my tool for over a month?
First and foremost, follow your surgeon's instructions regarding frequency and other factors about cycling. According to my surgeon, with my LGX, maximum length would be achieved when cycling to maximum no longer causes pain or discomfort. Up until that point, he instructed me to cycle daily for one...

Re: Glan/Penis tip pain during orgasm
Rock on! That is quite a wait. You must have been worried. Once you were able to, were orgasms painful and how long did that take to go away? Worried? Absolutely! The orgasms I'm now having are completely pleasurable and not at all painful. After 11 months of failure to launch, I've now hit 3 home ...
