Longevity Technique for IPP
I’ve recently had my 3rd surgery close to 2 years ago. My first implant was the Titan Implant with the Genesis pump. It failed after 9 months with a lot of use. The first revision I had just the bulb & tubing replaced which lasted 7 months. This was also the Titan Genesis pump. This pump was pro...

Re: IPP with Dr. Hakky
Great experience with Hakky.
He’s a master of his craft. Studied under all the legends of the industry.
He doesn’t want you to cycle too quick because of sutures if it’s penoscrotal.
An ATL visit happens quickly.

Re: Intercourse with partial inflation
I still have natural engorgement & can get aroused enough to get a plump penis well enough for penetration without fully inflating. I could get the girl wet enough to where insertion was pretty easy. Even between revisions I’ve been able to have enough engorgement where I could still have decent...

Re: Time between revisions
Hello all, I am in need of a revision. My implant will not inflate. To all those out there who have had revisions who cannot inflate how long was it between revisions? Anybody go without a revision for a while? Did you lose any size because of not being able to inflate between revisions? I understa...

Re: Yep Revision #3
With the first implant I gained about 2inches back from PD. I went from 6” erect to 3” in less then a year. Peyronies destroyed my penis. The 1st implant got it straight. I did get length back. This implant was actually larger because of the space that was made from implant 1. However, pump cracked...

Re: Revision Surgery After Just One Year
My original pump and the replacement were/are the One Touch. Damn that sucks. I was told that the One Touch was a better long-term option than the Genesis. Dr. Hakky said both the AMS & Coloplast suck. He’s trying to invent his own device as we speak. Coloplast is apparently going to come out w...

What Coloplast pump do you have? The genesis is the one that is failing all the time prematurely.
Get the One Touch pump.

Re: Coloplast pumps
The uro gave me the option of the one touch pump. Any opinions on which to go with ? The current model Titan pump is the Touch. The "one touch" or OTR (one touch release) is NOT the latest model, it's the one that was introduced after the Genesis. Maybe your doctor really is recommending ...

Re: Coloplast pumps
It’s being done at a big teaching hospital. The surgeon did the 1st implant 14 months ago. He did say if the reservoir is ok, after testing and being 200% it’s ok , he would leave it in. Pain will be less if he does not have to retrieve the original reservoir. I think the tubing and reservoir are t...

Re: Maximum use of your pump
Hi guys I have heard guys talk about this before but just experienced it for the first time last night. I had my surgery on the first of September 2020, which puts me between 25 and 26 weeks postop. I was cycling last night and when I reached 70 pumps the pump went flat and didn't fill back up. I c...
