Re: Which pump to pick?
I've had both pumps. The OTR is a little bit bigger. Both have made sounds when pumping, I think the OTR is a little quieter though. Of the two, I think I prefer the Genesis, but not by much. I've had one Dr tell me the Genesis lasts longer and another tell me the opposite.

Re: Infrapubic/penoscrotal healing and revisions
I've had both done. IP was a much faster healing time, but I was short changed due to it being IP. My revision was PS which had longer healing time, but I ended up with 5cm longer cylinders.

Re: International Flight - Week after Surgery
At 29yo, you should be able to do it. It wouldnt be fun, but if you have your meds and can manage to ice it during your layovers then you should be fine. For example, I was 34yo at my first implant and here is what I did on day 6.. -Took kids to barber, son and I got a haircut -Took daughter to outd...

Sorry guys, no updates here really other than my "flaccid" state is getting much softer than it initially was. Its starting to hang a little more normal compared to the first few months.

Re: Which manufacturer has a longer lifespan
I was told by both of my surgeons that in their experience, Titans are more durable and tend to last longer.

I think I mostly fixed the previous issue by making sure to to fully deflate during the day. I was not deflating enough and also I tend to auto inflate through the day so when going to restroom I just make sure to deflate more. There is still some minor irritation in the left perineum due to the cyl...

Re: 1 year+ update
You should gain size if you are aggressively sized when you have a revision in the future. In the meantime, you are at least average size, so try not to sweat it.

Re: ViaSwiss' Titan Journal | 34yo | 6.25.21 | Revision 11.16.21
5 month update I made a post a few weeks ago that all seems to be fine and dandy.. However, an issue seems to be getting worse and if it continues to get worse it would be a bigger issue, like an additional operation. It seems to potentially be erosion on the backside. As you can see in the amazing...

Hey Swiss, i just wanted to ask if you have any experience with pelvic pain either before or after your implant. It's associated with HF and ive been trying to find any evidence of how it affects implant satisfaction. I have HF (5 years) and have recently (6 weeks) developed pelvic pain . My pelvic...

I just suffered from venous leakage.
If you have scar tissue or other issues.
For me, I might have needed a corproplasty or glanspexy. Luckily I didnt need either and had a fairly straight forward operation, but mine was at the hospital just in case.
