I've had both pumps. The OTR is a little bit bigger. Both have made sounds when pumping, I think the OTR is a little quieter though. Of the two, I think I prefer the Genesis, but not by much. I've had one Dr tell me the Genesis lasts longer and another tell me the opposite.

I've had both done. IP was a much faster healing time, but I was short changed due to it being IP. My revision was PS which had longer healing time, but I ended up with 5cm longer cylinders.

You should gain size if you are aggressively sized when you have a revision in the future. In the meantime, you are at least average size, so try not to sweat it.
