Re: Non USA Doctor

Why you want to go to a non-US doctor?
I'm Canadian, but can tell you that the US has the best talented Doctors especially when it comes to a specialty such as IPP. Outside the US, there is no volume/experience. You've Eid (NY), Karpman (CA), Perito (FL), Kramer (MD) and Christine (AL).

Re: Love the Lap Dance - penscrotal or infrapubic?

Having tried both, I'd go for infra public anytime of the day. The incision is much smaller and faster to heal.
Also, as Dr. Karpman demonstrated to me using a model, the infra public kits have less changes of the tubes getting kinked.

Re: Revision by the best Dr.Karpman

Also the kink question was for CX model only. I know LGX has the benefit of not producing any kink. I am deciding between CX and LGX model and that’s why I asked the question about the kink. Not sure if you info is correct. I had an LGX and it had a kink when deflated. Now I have a CX and it does n...

Re: Recovery time

Construction project management and real estate In my case, in my first surgery, it took me a week to be able to sit straight and the second surgery in unfolding in a similar way. In a nutshell, I recommend taking a day off for the surgery, 2 days laying down, then 3 to 4 days working from home so ...

Re: Revision by the best Dr.Karpman

Awesome, that makes a lot of sense. I've one more question - does the CX model retract when you deflate as LGX did? I heard the LGX model's benefit is that it can retract and expand as you deflate and inflate, thus mimicking the natural penis. It's not that the LGX retracts when you deflate. It's t...

Re: infrapubic and icing

I just got implanted (revision) by Dr. Karpman (infra pubic). I do not have any swelling. Dr. Karpman had a drain for about 18 hours and the nurse emptied the blood few times as I stayed at the hospital overnight. I had dull pain in my scrotum and the only medication that treated it was Tramadol whi...

Re: Revision by the best Dr.Karpman

Two questions: 1. How long did your previous LGX last and what broke that you required a revision? 2. Why did Doc decide to give you CX? Why not replace it with another LGX? The LGX only lasted 2.5 years. The consensus that I got from talking to Dr. Karpman as well as Dr. Perito and Dr. Christine w...

Re: Revision by the best Dr.Karpman

Congratulations on your revision! Something I've been wondering that maybe you can answer... When someone has an implant installed through penoscrotal incision and then gets a revision via infrapubic incision, how do they get the previous implant out? Do they have to do a penoscrotal cut to remove ...
