Re: My implant seems to be out of place..
Sorry I was late to see this. Have you checked your temperature? Hate to bring it up infection is a risk post surgery and it reduce over the first year then be at a very slight risk from then on. If you have an elevated temp I would see about getting in to a medical facility asap. They should be abl...

Re: Penile scrotal VS Infrapubic?
The old take on this in the posts on this board is that penoscrotal was better for pump placement and infrapubic better for reservoir placement. But that depends on the doctor you use. A very good high volume doctor will be good no matter which approach they use. If you are using a low volume doctor...
Re: Cycling?
You should follpw your doctors instructions on cycling and everything else until fully healed. Some doctors do just one brand and not what you have. And even if the doctor does do your brand they are different and so are the men that are implanted. Some have more work or didn't need the extra work. ...

Re: Depression and an Implant
for me ED was a great heavy black cloud that was on me 24-7. Part of me was gone and I felt that I was not a whole man. ED changed that. When I decide to have this surgery the cloud was gone even before surgery. I was going to be whole again. I am not in a relationship now but have used the new me o...

Re: Worth it because of my size?
It has been stated by one of the higher volume well known implant doctors that the IPP is the only thing that stops size loss from ED. I would start VED therapy and maybe very gentle stretching exercise and get thing going in the works for surgery. I was grumpy to everyone when I had ED. When I deci...

Re: 3 weeks implanted. Disappointed
I agree with Thomas on this. VED, and medications can give you a larger penis than a natural erection. And your healthy erection is a bit larger than IPP and all that is due to blood being forced and held in your penis. This does not happen with IPP. But that being said you should get close to your ...

I am pretty sire I have VL (tested with doppler once) and pretty soft dick (like blood gushing out). Cialis kinda works. Viagra not so much. Injection works but i just cant do it. It give...

Re: Likely Dimensions After Implant?
I'm really curious how many men had a good indication before implant procedures of the length they were likely to have, and how close the prediction was. I'm using a VED now in hopes of restoring some blood flow after a decade and half of penile atrophy. (Oh do I wish I knew about that concept whil...

Re: Corporal Deformity (herniating cylinder)
To add the surgeon that did the repair removed only the left cylinder and performed the sling repair and did not use any new device parts. I think this is mostly to do with my private insurance not wanting to pay for devices.

Re: Corporal Deformity (herniating cylinder)
Welcome to the site. I do not know if my problem was/is the same as yours. I had a proximal perforation of my left cylinder. There have been articles and different repairs for this as well as tools developed to prevent this from happening. The tool is a rounded bent rod used to dilate the space for ...
