I use one at the base, or as near as I can get to it.
The tubing prevents me from wearing the ring right at the base. Which is maybe something that could be moved with a revision later.

Re: Cock ring with implant?
Yes, I do this. It's the only way I can achieve a turgid glans.
The cylinders are pretty indestructible, just watch the tubing. That's the vulnerable part.
Makes a big difference.

Re: On My Own
You'll have to pump regularly and to a level you can stand to have gains with cycling over a long time. I was about 5 inches at your stage, now 6.5. AMS 700 The ams has a bypass valve that kicks in at a certain pressure. That's why you can keep pumping to no avail. Unless! Unless you perform a quick...

Make sure you keep using those antibiotics until they are finished. Kill them all off. Don't want them to come back.

Re: My implant journey - a long running saga
The 24th seems quite a while away given the nature of the problem.
How is the infection doing today?
I hope those antibiotics are kicking in and doing something. Especially in this heat, it's miserable enough, don't want to imagine what an infection would be like!
Best to you, Ian.

Re: Better outcomes for men with rte
So if the models scaled proportionately, you would expect the 26cm implant to have 1.44 the size of inflatable portion compared to the 18cm, but it actually has twice the size. By the time the 26cm has filled out in length, there is not enough saline left over to increase circumference. The 18cm fil...

Re: Fearing the worst. Worring situation
I accidently dislodged some glue a few days after surgery. I exposed the stitches, was very worried about the flap that opened. Contacted my surgeon with pictures, he told me that it was, 'no big deal', that it would heal. It did, it was fine. I reacted like you. They know their stuff these guys. Y...

Re: HELP! Where's my girth?????
I have an lgx, experienced the same thing. I don't think that you were pressing the release valve. It's just that there is a pressure bypass valve, reach maximum pressure and it opens circulating the saline around in a loop, pressure won't increase. Unless you use quick small compressions, just as y...

Yes, it's pretty well known here.
It is indeed how they lift the cylinders right up to the ends of the corpus cavernosum.
I remember seeing the little bruises too. It's nothing to worry about.
