does anyone have this issue? whenever I use pge1.. I can't do a kegel ( make penis go up and down ) it almost feels like my penis is blocked with blood and cant force more in it

My levels of testosterone (back then at least) were above average. i had two ops the second of which made whatever was going on with me a lot worse....I think I was a guinea pig to this surgeon. I tried cialis once and it didn't work but I haven't tried the daily 5mg dose that is talked about a lot...

Yes I had the lot. It was back in the 90s though. Doppler, Cavernosagram etc. Big leak, all the symptoms. What your doctor should be prescribing is PGE1 (Alprostadil) and the dose. That gives your chemist the option to supply either Caverject or Viridal (Edex) depending on availability.
