Stick w/ Kramer or Perito, one of those guy volume guys if you're had 8 or 10 implants. There's only a couple guys that have the volume to tackle this kind of thing.

Kramer uses all MS pumps- so it has a one touch squeeze, then it all goes down. Kramer showed me how to squeeze and hold the button, and squeeze or ring out all the fluid to get it totally deflated. Kramer's tricks all seemed to help overall
