I have experienced a significant girth increase. I was 6" at mid shaft before Trimix. After using it for 4 years my mid shaft girth is 6.5". I haven't noticed any change in my scrotum or balls except they hang lower but that's probably due to age and not Trimix.

I don't think it's possible to get priapism with venous leakage. I have VL and inject with .45 units along with taking 100 mg of Viagra. I've never come close to priapism.
