With your pump being rock hard, im not sure you are getting full pumps. You will know when it loosens up. You should get 20-30 full pumps and be rock solid. Warm baths help. Its gonna take some time. Try to have patience !

I found that the use of some lube helps with the sensitivity. Dont know why but just seems to help me. Might be worth a try.

Agree with the flaccid appearance of the lgx. I have the same model but not quite as big. I am 18 cm with 1.5 rte. i am about 6 1/4 hard and about 4- 4 1/2 flaccid. Very happy with my flaccid as well as the overall operation of the implant. I was implanted 2 1/2 years ago and going strong.

Regular cycling. Pump til you get discomfort. 2X a day and hold for 30 minutes. You will see initial gains and then over time slow but sure increase in length and girth. Think of it as working out. Hope this helps.
