Re: Trimix gel

Roberts Prostaglandin-1 (PGE-1) is the technical name for this chemical. MUSE, EDEX, CaverJet and Misoprostal, Trimix Gel (a misnomer, since it really is almost 100% PGE-1), are all forms of synthetic PGE-1. If PGE-1 reaches the Corpus Cavernosum, either thru direct injection (TriMix, BiMix, Edex), ...

Re: Trimix gel

Hunchback I know several guys (including myself) that use PGE-1 inserted into the urethra. Most get an acceptable erection tho not quite as hard as injected Trimix. It's also mega-cheaper. The problem with most of the MUSE/EDEX goodies is that theh do not get to the area where they need to be to do ...

Check my post below. 3rd para. You can get synthetic PGE1 on-line pretty inexpensively and it works a lot better than Trimix gel. It comes in 200mg water soluble tablets and 200mg is more than enough when it actually reaches the urethra and leeches thru it into the CC.

Re: Anorgasmia (Failure to achieve orgasm)

Hey 60sSurfer Thanks for your 2 cents worth. Here's mine. After extensive testing on myself as well as some of my clients, I am pretty sure that an increased level of PGE-1 can cause Anorgasmia. I typically use about 50mcg intraurethrally with OK orgasmic response. At 100 mcg orgasms are iffy. At 15...

Re: Anorgasmia (Failure to achieve orgasm)

Hey Reggieman Cabergoline is a drug that reduces prolactin levels. If high prolactin is your problem, it might work, otherwise it is useless (and side effects are real nasty) Oxytocin is a natural brain chemical that soars at orgasm. However, aside from a single study I read (which wasn't very defin...

Re: Anorgasmia (Failure to achieve orgasm)

Stew52 Nice job of compilation. I think you hit just about all of the possibilities. I've done some research on this and can specifically confirm #7 -- too much PGE-1. I have confirmed this thru extensive testing and dose control. If you use PGE-1, use just enough for a decent erection. More is defi...

Re: Eroxon Gel

This could also be useful to men with implants since the gel is applied to the glans I don't see how this would be helpful. The idea is to get the Corporus Cavernosum to fill with blood due to the increased NO. But, with an implant, isn't the CC replaced by the implant itself? Thus, I would think t...

Re: Eroxon Gel

Glyceryl trinitrate is the same drug as nitroglycerin, used for angina and other heart conditions. This is the first I've heard of using it as a remedy for ED. If the gel is absorbed into the coporus cavernosum (that's a big if) it could theoretically increase nitric oxide (NO) levels in and around ...

Re: Trimix gel

Trimix gel is available from one supplier that I know of. You are correct -- it is very expensive -- last I looked, about $175 US for a package of 6 uses. Actually, calling it Trimix is a bit deceptive, since it contains a high level of PGE1 (typically about 1000 mcg, and extremely small levels of P...

Re: Trimix gel

Radio

I doubt if the gel would have any effect for someone that has an implant, especially since you state that injections are ineffective for you.
