Not bruised anymore. I think that is from too aggressive VAC before surgery. I was hoping that would go away but I think it's permanent now. The ball have always been dark though

Wishing you all the best. It's been a rough year.

I almost always keep it fully deflated. But I very seldom reset the valve after deflating. That way most of any back flow is pushed back out by the under wear and cloths if they are tight and if loose it doesn't matter it wont show too much.
That is unless I want to show off a little
