Cycle your implant aggressively. Most ppl gain size when it’s time for a revision.

Implant is the most logical choice with your situation. I suggest researching and find a surgeon you are comfortable with.

If you are using injections, implant is the next logical step. You’ll know when you are ready. Keep in mind the longer you use injections, the more chance for side effects.

Perhaps it’s not fully deflated? Sometimes an implant can “Autoinflate”.
