I would say continue a regimen of agressive pumping. Have fun with your new bionic penis, and give it some time. In the future, if you think it needs to be corrected, I'd have Dr Karpman do it.

You can't wait forever. I recommend getting implanted by a top surgeon. Use VED pumping in the meantime to stretch and keep tissue healthy.

Generally, implant will give you flaccid stretched length. I highly recommend you go with a top surgeon, especially since you have peyronies. I cannot stress this enough.
