It would appear you did a bit more damage and should probably lay off a little longer. Use moderation. Sometimes I find a Viagra helps with pumping although it does nothing on it's own.

Not medical advice but I'd think you were good at a week. I'd think 3 to 4 days would be plenty. Listen to your body. You obviously were getting a bit too aggressive with the pumping. Too much vacuum, too quick on increasing the vacuum or too long under vacuum. I suspect medications can play a part ...
