Re: Technique to making the TriMix injection work even better.
I take 100mg sildenafil before injecting less than half the Trimix I would otherwise need. This eliminates pain for me. But, if you do this you MUST go through the titrating-up process all over again, being sure to take the sildenafil at least an hour before injecting to get it fully into your blood...

Re: Needle size
My penis is thin and 5/16 works in most places, but I get fewer misses in a few places using 1/2in. Apparently my corpora are not nice and straight and parallel like the medical diagrams. Keep a record of your injection parameters and you'll see a pattern after many injections. I suspect thicker pen...

Re: Trimix out of fridge for 1.5 hour
I've used Trimix on vacations which had warmed to room temperature for four days, with no change in effectiveness. I've never frozen Trimix, but kept it refrigerated at 40F(4C) for as long as six months, again with no deterioration.

Hardonrescue: My wife and I are completely open about my ED, and she's patient with our lack of spontaneity because I have to inject. She knows that I participate in an impotence forum, but I have private computer and email accounts for FT and to research gifts for her. She is not sharp with compute...

Re: Lost my nerve to inject
Injecting can be painless, but not quick. I've never used an auto-injector because of the lack of control. My penis is thin enough so that I can use a 31 gauge needle (5/16in=8mm). This goes in a little easier than the 30 gauge needles. Guys with thicker penises probably need the half-inch needles. ...

Someguy: My urologist once told me that Cialis is a completely different chemical than Viagra. Maybe it will work for you.
Luckily there are three or more other PDE5s.

Re: Caverject for Psychological Ed
Sean: Your post gave me a thought. Here in USA we're the inheritors of Puritanism, which the English (Hi "Never Enough" :D ) sent us a long time ago. Some of us are thus sexually embarrassed by nudity and sexuality, maybe only subconsciously, maybe consciously. This nonsense is stuck in ou...

Re: When I first found out I had PVL
Norrr: Not all urologists are interested in our ED problems. Many are only interested in prostates and kidney stones, for example. A lot of FT guys have had to interview numerous urologists to find one who will take enough time to research complicated ED difficulties, some of which might have psycho...
