Yes, I also was able to reduce from my original dose after I became accustomed to alprostadil. I don't know if it because I became accustomed to the drug or there was some rehabilitation effect from the use of the drug.

I guess most anything is possible. I haven't had anything that dramatic but with my mono-mix I have noticed some variation between batches.

Might not have been in the perfect spot. I'm guessing the depth was off, possibly too deep. I wouldn't get too concerned over one less than perfect injection. It sounds like you might be able to back off a tad on your dose.
