Travis,
That is a very low mix you have there. From what I've read here, it does lose effectiveness after some time, so you will need to increase your dose. However, increasing the mix will keep the doses down, and the cost to you. It's a journey, that's for sure.

Re: GOODBYE (warning, LONG POST)
When I saw the subject line, I braced for a sad thread. Instead, this is incredibly amazing.

Re: Looking for feedback on places to buy meds
When I was on Viagra, I bought from Northwest Pharmacy. Never got cheated. Now I'm on Trimix, so I get that from a local compound pharmacy.

Re: Numbing gel for Trimix injection
I'm not a doctor, so what do I know?
However, I would fear putting some kind of chemical or ointment on the injection spot would push that chemical/ointment into the penis. Doctors have you use antiseptic on the spot before injection for a reason.

Re: Adjustable ring
Silicone rings get my vote, too. I manscape. Otherwise, it will hurt like hell when you get them caught in the hairs.
I tried one adjustable, but it would slip loose all the time.
I stretch them to get on and off, and they do break after awhile. But they are relatively cheap.

Re: Increase dose..new Rx not working.
Yes, I use cock rings. They do help. And yes, the prostiglandin (that's the PGE1, right?) is the one I want to increase. But 40/mcg is as far as they will go. It is a pharmacy near me and the doctor's office, so it's been very convenient. Have checked out many of the out-of-state pharmacies, and the...

Re: Increase dose..new Rx not working.
I recently had my 1-year uro visit and asked to up the formula from 30/1/40 (papa./phento./prost.) While the uro was game, the pharmacy I get it at doesn't go higher than 30/2/40. Going from 40 units to 50 to 60 doesn't make much difference in rigidness, just a bit more time, which is not necessary....

Re: $250 for 5ml of TriMix? Seems steep to me.
I'm lucky to have a compound pharmacy nearby. I pay about $76 for two 2-ml vials. It is about $40 for one. Not sure if the discount continues past two.

Re: Help.....Got Higher Octane Today....
I assume you are speaking in units (no more than 5 units?) and not ml. Because 5 units is very little. 5 ml would take down an elephant. Yes, the common warning is only once in 24 hours and up to 3 times a week. I've been on Trimix for about 2 years now. Started with Bimix and wasn't very effective....

Never lie to your doctor. You want him/her to be honest with you, right? You don't want him/her to make a mistake.
