Re: AMS 700LGX To Impanted 11/21/2011
Craig ~ so glad for you that you're getting an implant. Mine was done on Nov 7 and so far, the experience has been great...my discomfort (not outright pain) was very manageable with the meds they gave me (oxycodone). I took it for a couple days and then was done with it. Haven't taken any since. I s...

Re: I am now bionic!!!
Congrats, Ricky...I had my implant on the 7th, and have healed very quickly, except for some discomfort in the testicles. I think it's due to the overcrowding of the pump in my small scrotum. So far, it's staying put. I have pulled down on it and if yours is migrating upward, you may need to do it t...

Steve, Thanks for sharing. My adventure starts on November 22nd. LGX too. I hope my healing progresses as well as yours. Re: Today's the Day
Best wishes...you'll love the result. I'm only 8 days out and am already happy with what I see so far. The first few days will make you wonder though. But take the pain pills they prescribe. I took them for 5 days and was able to give them up.
Look forward to hearing from you afterward.

My Implant Story (LGX Implant 7 Nov 11)
Day Before Surgery.JPG I've decided to post my progress as others have done before me, with pics as well. The photo above was taken the night before my surgery. I had a series of tests, some because I am diabetic. Had an EKG, Echo Cardiogram, plenty of labs, which is typical and an exam from my fam...
