I agree with Larry try hot baths. I was activated on day three and cycled twice that day And every day after for 4 weeks the pain at the beginning was a bit tough but after a week the only thing that hurt was the skin on the sack I had to move the pump around a lot to avoid the same area . My surgery was on Friday my activation was the next Monday Unless the surgeon used a dull chainsaw and a hammer and chisel I can not believe it takes 4-6 weeks to activate .

I did a 5 hour drive three days after and it was ok on day one if your not flat most of the time I think your going to have extra pain. Check out hawk’s post he drove 4 hours home same day . He was hurting because of it if you can stay two days on your back after the surgery it will make the recover...

My opinion on cycling is if you pump till You can’t pump another pump and it’s painful because things are being stretched then your gaining something. It’s difficult to be accurate every time but if you try to be consistent with the way you squeeze the pump and repeat the same every time if you get ...
