Re: Journal Dr Clavell March 09 2022 - Implant + Vasectomy + Ventral Phalloplasty
Hi CanalGuy, I have my surgery booked with Dr Clavell next month and I'd appreciate if you could give me some advice. How do you feel overall about the surgery at this point? How is your pump placement? Is it between your two testicles or behind them? Can you feel any tubing? When can you start cyc...

Re: Another mid-30’s implant journal
Hey SearchingUSA, I have my surgery booked with Dr Clavell next month also. I'm a bit concerned about feeling the tubing in my scrotum... Can you elaborate more on this? How is your pump placement is it in between your two testicles or infront of them? Thanks I was implanted by Dr Clavell 12 days a...

Re: Injections - Any impact on implant surgery?
My experience is negative with injections, I had ED for about 12 years and I used Viagra successfully, until about 2 years ago when I had to gradually increase dosage up to a point that 3 Viagra 100, would do nothing to my penis. I then reached a good urologist and she performed a lot of scannings, ...

Update: day 12 post-surgery. Nothing special today. Last night I slept with no meds. The only thing that is still impractical is to permanently wear a jock strap to hide the little boy. That's also causing some medium discomfort due to the pressure excerced to keep the boy flat towards my low abdom...

Re: Undergoing surgery without pre-op Vacum therapy
I've spoken to both Eid and Kramer - both have said no specific benefit of the ved pre surgery. That's in total contradiction with medical papers and researches, I am very surprised that two top surgeons would state that. In 2008 Dr Kramer made no mention of VED. His view may have changed since the...

Re: Journal Dr Clavell March 09 2022 - Implant + Vasectomy + Ventral Phalloplasty
Now that you are almost two weeks in, would you feel comfortable say going to work in an office? Do you think that anyone would noticing. Or would you make up some excuse as "Just had a hernia operation and still healing for a bit longer"? --T As I said in my previous post, I would not fe...

Re: Undergoing surgery without pre-op Vacum therapy
As much as I had a VED I hadn't used it for months before my surgery. I was pretty blind going into surgery, my fault for not doing more research. Anyway my implant is fine. Maybe a bit of length loss, but it gets hard! I've spoken to both Eid and Kramer - both have said no specific benefit of the ...

Re: Journal Dr Clavell March 09 2022 - Implant + Vasectomy + Ventral Phalloplasty
Update: day 11 post-surgery. Normal night last night, as often I didn't take painkillers, however at around 4:30am I woke up with an uncomfortable burning sensation around the tip of my penis. I spent a couple of hours reading news and eventually I managed to get asleep again without any meds. I wo...

Re: Another mid-30’s implant journal
Well that's an overall not too bad outcome so far. Especially given that it looks like you are continously improving and that seems there is nothing that cannot be naturally addressed.
I am happy for you, please keep us posted.

Hey brother @SearchingUsa
We are now at more than 7 weeks post your surgery, if I am not wrong, and we have no news from you. Have you been activated? Any issue? Have you given it a test drive?
Hope that everything is going well and as expected.
