I didn't lose any length and gained some girth after surgery. I did however, use my VED 6 weeks before surgery.
I'm not a doctor, but stretching and using a VED prior sounds great...it worked for me.

Dumb-dumb here. Can someone explain for me why you would use a blood flow restriction device with an implant??? I get the use of a VED to help with engorgement due to a reduced girth, but, unless you pump twice a day for 20-30 minutes each, for 30 days, the engorgement won't be permanent. Caution......
