Im in Canada.....we don't have the same resources as you do in the US..... but I am planning on speaking with a DR who has better knowledge in the injectables than my urologist.
Are you using Trimix? What's your trimix content /amounts?

Re: How long has anyone used Pumps for sex w/o taking it to the next level?

My prostatectomie was 23 months ago. I have been using a pump to "rehab" by penis 1 month after the catheter was removed. I started with the cheap sex-store ones....meh! I graduated to the Vacurect which works perfectly. This, of course was after lots of experimenting with how to use it, a...

Re: About to give up

Hi Guys. I had to jump in here. I switched from Alprostadil to Trimix, five injections ago. I worked my way up from 30 to 60 units which seems to be the one that works. My flaccid penis is very small and thin so I have started pumping up with a VED to get a chubbier target. I cannot imagine using a ...

Re: Technique to making the TriMix injection work even better.

I started using Trimix after Alprostadil resulted in painful erections that were less than sufficient. I have used Trimix a total of 4 times.... increaisng from .3 to .7ml. Not ROCK HARD, but if I wear a cock ring, it's good enough for vaginal sex. BUT the aching in my penis is still there!...It isn...

Re: Can anyone recommend a VED

Using ANY VED is going to cause that "hinge effect" where you erection is soft at the point between the ring and your body (pubis)... This is because your erection is only AHEAD of the tension ring and there is no blood causing the "hidden" part of your penis, inside your body, t...

Re: How long has anyone used Pumps for sex w/o taking it to the next level?

Post RP I was using one of those novelty pumps. I would put 2 rings on the end of the tube, pump myself up and then pull the rings over my whole package (cock and balls). I'd have a decent hard-on to jerk off with, but certainly NOT for penetration. Then I got the Vacurect. This one offers different...

Re: Technique to making the TriMix injection work even better.

Curious to know how long your hard-on lasts after the medication is distributed along the FULL length of your cock? I have heard some experts talk of "choking-up" at the base of your cock so as not to allow any medication to flow out of the main shaft.... that would mean NOTHING / LITTLE i...

PENIS PAIN and WEAK ERECTIONS WITH INJECTIONS

Hey guys! 66 year old. In good shape, active, healthy. My prostate was removed robotically 22 months ago. I had "nerve-sparing" surgery but have been left with not even the glimmer of an erection. I have resigned myself to the fact that I will never have an erection again..... though I'm e...

New here. Always looking for information and support

Hey guys. I just joined and wanted to say how much these forums are a real help. My dad had prostate cancer in his 70s and so I have been watched fairly closely since my 40s. At 64 I was diagnosed and had my prostate gland removed robotic surgery 22 months ago. I am 66 now.... no detectable PSA ...a...
