Re: Tactra Malleable
Well I had a Rigicon10 implanted 6-2023 ..a month later they thought it was infected and did a slice and dice looking for an infection they never found. Fast forward to Feb 2024 started noticing something going wrong with the glans. It started off becoming floppy and then over time the right rod of...

Re: Tactra Malleable
A revision of a malleable implant can easily occur for two main reasons: 1. **Defective product** 2. **Screwed up sizing measurements by the surgeon** The Shah device features a flexible hinge to help keep it concealed. It includes no metal core, which prevents S-shaped deformities over time that co...

Re: Cigna declined me

My employer and their infinite wisdom has used both in the past several years We had Humana for a while, and I had no issues with them whatsoever They provided pretty good service at least at the time This is the bullshit...

Re: Best Implantat
Rider1400 makes excellent points that I'm going to repeat and add my two cents. 1. **Surgeon Selection:** Choose an experienced surgeon. 2. **Brand Recommendation:** Ask the surgeon to recommend a brand or discuss the pros and cons of all brands to make an informed decision. 3. **Aggressive and Safe...

Re: Rufian’s rigicon maleable
Congratulations on your new implant! Malleables are the kings of reliability. Why did you choose the Rigicon Rigi10? Why not the Coloplast Genesis or Boston Scientific Tactra?

Re: Dr. Kramer (?)
Who comes up with these top docs and ranking? Is there something like US News top 10 or something? I believe FT is the most reliable source. It is where most implanted men are sharing their experiences and opinions. If we make a pol here on the top 10 implanters, I think there are about 4 or 5 surg...

Re: Dr. Kramer (?)
Kramer used to be a high-volume and during 2020, when I first joined FT, he was the most mentioned implanter here, thanks to a couple of happy patients who documented their journeys with him. I was going to be implanted by Dr. Kramer, but the procedure was cancelled 2 days before due to insurance r...
