I'm no expert, but I've never heard of an inflatable implant causing erosion. It sounds like he's not a very experienced surgeon. After hearing his concerns, I don't think I'd let him operate on me. With the right surgeon, I think you'd be happy with the implant. Other than the Titan, I don't think...
