Re: Dr apt for first injection - what questions should I ask?

Well, today was the day for my first injection……NOT. Dr office called late yesterday afternoon and said my Uro is ill and I’m going to have to reschedule. Ugh! If it weren’t bad luck…. They rescheduled me for March 4. I’m going to see if they can move that up, but I’ll be surprised if it happens.

Re: Dr apt for first injection - what questions should I ask?

All,

Now 6 days away from my Dr apt, but who’s counting? :D Definitely looking forward to it.

Thanks for the advice and support. Greatly appreciated!

Dr apt for first injection - what questions should I ask?

As I have mentioned in prior posts, ED since RP last fall. Cialis did nothing, even at full strength. I have been using VED with good success due to advice and support from this site. I have a Dr apt next week where he is supposed to introduce me to injections. Unfortunately, I have lost a little co...

Re: Maintaining erection with zero physical stimulation

I have to laugh at bldoink’s post as it reminds me of when I was a young man. If we had known back in the `70s that you need to go to ER for erections lasting over 4 hours, I would have been going to ER all the time. My brother-in-law said we had “perpetual hard-ons”. Those days are gone. But seriou...

Re: Safe use of VED

Spontaneous1 - as always, thanks for sharing your wealth of experience and knowledge. All kidding aside, are you a Dr? If not, you should be. My Uro told me that I should get a VED. That was it. No warnings or instructions on how to use it. If I hadn’t found this site, I wouldn’t had any guidance an...

Re: Safe use of VED

Great question. The right answer is to use the pressure gauge.

Sorry i couldn’t be more specific.

Re: Safe use of VED

I’ve been living with ED since my RP at the end of August last year, so I’m no expert, but I can give some advice as to what I learned. As you may already know, VEDs work by creating negative pressure, which draws blood up into your Johnson. There are two types of VEDS. Air pressure and water pressu...

Re: Tips for going from 6 inches to 7 using VED

Ouch!!! :D I found that the lube helped with creating the seal for the suction, but caused the problem with the nads wanting to get sucked up into the tube. I agree with the technique that a spontaneous1 suggests. I did all that too. I actually held onto my nads with one hand until my Johnson’s base...

Re: Tips for going from 6 inches to 7 using VED

I had issues with my testicles/balls being sucked up into the VED tube when i first got it. My VED has a release button and I would hold my thumb on the button to instantly release pressure if I felt them being sucked up in. Very scary. I fixed the problem by getting a penile sleeve that AOM suggest...
