Re: Dog-ears/ stiff Titan material cause breakthrough?

My Titan always buckles a bit on one side when deflated--almost sharp pointy area at left outside base of penis. Well, probably NOT coincidentally, year out from implantation-- during awkward in-car sex-- the device tore through the side wall and was outside my corpora (but still inside the skin of...

Re: I broke it... Revision coming. AMS or Titan?

Just had a 2nd opinion visit and Doc agreed Titan is best suited for me. Based on a stronger cylinder and smaller pump, he finally concurred that Titan is going to help prevent cylinder buckling while giving me more girth. Also with Titans smaller pump it can finally be placed behind the testicles. ...

Re: End of rope new start ready to rock and roll

Agree wholeheartedly with your decision. It's so worth it! Even tho I need a revision as of week 12, I still wish Id done it years ago. Btw tbh, sounds like you meed a Titan.. I got an LGX and broke the fucker Sorry to hear about your revision mate. You wil be fine. Dr. Clavell told me he will impl...

Re: Tubing causing pain and inflammation

Similar issue...

Felt a few pops and progressed to a bulge... Got MRI to see if the corporotomy sutures popped. But was inconclusive. Now the cylinder is bulging laterally the size of a grape.

Second opinion this Tuesday

Re: Survey for Doc in Kaiser in soCal

If you are with Kaiser, you may be covered only within their managed care plan. If you cannot get insurance coverage, you can find if Dr. Rhee is available. I can see that FrankTalk member (HappyToy) had a successful implant with him in 2018. If you are able to get it outside of Kaiser, Dr. Faisal ...

Re: Just got Phallofill Girth Enhancement - Update

I agree with all your points. Waiting to see the feedback when I get to use it. "Fingers crossed, implant inflated" You guys got me pumped! My plan was to get Urofill by Perito at 12 weeks... but alas I have to have it revised this month cause of LGX failure. Hope to switch to Titan...

Survey for Doc in Kaiser in soCal

Anyone gone through Kaiser in SoCal?

Looking for 2nd opinion since Moheydar and Aleman (Baldwin Park) screwed it up.

Re: I broke it... Revision coming. AMS or Titan?

I've posted this many times before, but I chose the AMS in large part for the 97% of my life it won't be in deployment mode. Softer cylinders, no dog ears, no crinkling, no noisy pump. I wish I could say I used this thing 50% of the remaining hours of my life, but TBH I'm probably using it 4-5 hour...

Re: 1st time having sex after titan implant!!

Congrats! And welcome to the club.

A word of advice tho. Take it easy. I ruptured the corpra sutures 11 weeks in and am scheduled for a revision.
