Re: 1 year after penile implant - gay male perspective.

Thank you very much for your review. I'm 48 and probably going the implant route as I have Pyriones and had RP and severe ED after (almost a year with no natural response). Injections are painful and I haven't topped sucessfully since before my RP.

Re: Heading in 'that' direction

Yeah I won't be waiting any longer than I have to. I did check - my insurance SHOULD cover it as long as my docs write it up properly. The doc in question said he wants to wait for the 'minimum' of one year after the RP - which will be in July - I've waited this long - a little longer wont kill me -...

Re: Heading in 'that' direction

Just one quick question, and I'm not being a smart a$$ but very serious. Would you rather have 8.25 x 6.5 dick that just doesn't work, or say a 6x5 that will work every time and for as long as the both of you can stand it? And the last set of numbers I just pulled out or the air. With a good Dr the...

Re: Heading in 'that' direction

I've definitely got enough length that I'm not too worried. Thickness is my concern. That and just the emotional stress of going through this. Other issue is my orgasms seem to be FAR weaker since my RP - which is upsetting - but...thats another issue.

Heading in 'that' direction

Hey all! A little background. 48yo, diagnosed with prostate cancer in March of last year (just about a year ago). Long story short, I went the RP route. During the surgery they removed one of my nerves as they thought the nerve might have been affected by the cancer. Luckily it wasn't and so far - I...

Re: New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix

Got the Autoinjector 2 today and gave it a shot. Watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRM48hwPcII&t=184s I have the 12mm needles so...his instructions were spot on. I was super nervous. Got the site all cleaned, filled my syringe to 15 units, and almost chickened out. Was super sc...

Re: New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix

Ironicaly I ordered an 'Autoinject' pen before seeing your message. I'll see how they go. I'm a little concerned about the pushing of the meds too fast, but hey - we'll see.

Re: New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix

So....BiMix. Interesting and frustrating. When at the Urologists, he did give me an injection after explaining how to do it. He was, not the best at performing any kind of injection. More of a stab plunge and pull - over in a second but SO painful. I did get maybe 30% of an erection at best with 10 ...

Re: New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix

Some do regain erectile function a year or two after surgery. Those folks likely aren't on FrankTalk though. Many of the stories I've heard started with injections post surgery, then transitioned to daily Cialis, then to cialis/viagra as needed or back to normal function. Yeah we started with Tadal...

New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix

Hey All! So - I've only got a few posts to my name here, but long story short. I'm 47yo gay/bi male (married to a man) who was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in March. I went through RP, and am 'cancer free' a few months out (still have a year of PSA readings to go but it looks excelent so far). Dur...
