Multiple current record holding powerlifter.
500 lbs squat and 550 deadlifts at 181 lbs.
Didn't lift for first 4 weeks after surgery.
4 through 6 weeks took it easy. After 6 weeks was back to lifting heavy.

Close at 5.75 " girth with AMS CX

I think you have to be intentionally trying to damage it to cause a failure. I think frequent use or rougher sex isn't going to break it. My wife much prefers rougher sex. I am a powerlifter and oblige her by manhandling her the way she wants. I've never felt sore after (she has) but I'm not foolish...

I think staying consistent with cycling and using it.....keeping the available remaining erectile tissue filled with blood is key to getting size back.

Having been implanted before....I knew there would be initial size loss. I also knew to trust the process and knew it would come back. I didn't measure because I didn't want to get in my head....but It felt and looked so small. Now it's glorious to look at per my wife. She has though insisted I stop...

Don't panic.
I am 4 months out and got all my size back.
Just keep cycling and enjoy life.
