Re: clarity about the facilities
My journey has not been thus far, either issue or pain free, and i can't even use it yet, but without a doubt even if i need to get a revision because cycling doesn't resolve the issue (see my quality art and issues at https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=21484&start=10 )………...

Re: My revision is scheduled for 4/12
My implant failed after almost 6 years. I think it was partly my fault. I think I over pumped once to many times. Re: Advice Needed-Implant

There is a big difference in satisfaction and success rates between high volume and low volume surgeons.

Re: Implant + TEP procedure Journal - 34yr old Australian
Update 5 weeks and 5 days I have been cycling consistently for the last 3 days. First day I did 2 x 45m sessions (with painkillers), second day I did 2 x 30m sessions (no painkillers), 3rd day was just 1 x 30m session... Today, I will try for 2 x 30m sessions. The pain is quite excruciating, but if...

Re: Uk fillers
FYI fillers lower sensitivity:
"Indeed, in the initial feasibility study of PGE using HA filler, most patients experienced decreased tactile sensation of the shaft" - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8987147/

Re: How do I get started down this road?
I strongly recommend you don't get an infra-pubic implant done.
Here you can read what the top implant surgeon in the world (Dr. Eid) thinks about the infra-pubic approach:

Re: NESBIT DONE DURING IMPLANTATION
Correct me if I’m wrong but can’t the Nesbit be undone? My understanding is it’s a stitch that is placed to pull your longer side down to straighten you out. There’s a chance a Nesbit procedure can fail which is when the stitch pops out and you’re back to square one. But if you get the Nesbit rever...
