A full revision would also allow a surgeon to use fewer RTEs as your previous surgeon used too many and you will likely have wobbly erections.
Make sure you go to a high volume surgeon if possible.

Re: Orgasm Quality Fluctuations
So ive been having this new issue recently, where my orgasms sometimes can either be mind blowingly awesome, or feel more like an allleviation of my arousal, for rhe past 2 weeks it has mostly been crap orgasms. Sensitivity while masturbating or sex is also affected, so the road to the big O is ove...

Re: Adult Circumsizion
I did, but you probably already know what I have to say about circumcision.
I am the one to ask if you genuinely want to know the truth as I am very knowledgeable about it and I won't sugar-coat it.

Re: NESBIT DONE DURING IMPLANTATION
Had to look this up. Had no idea what it was. First glance result stats seem promising. It's a terrible treatment. Instead of fixing the injured side, they break the opposite side so both sides are equally broken which permanently removes length. It's also very invasive and can cause nerve damage a...

Re: Pain when deflated
I believe the pain is because more bleeding can occur when it's easier for blood to enter the shaft.
Dr. Clavell says he leaves his patients inflated post-op to reduce bleeding.

Re: Implant + TEP procedure Journal - 34yr old Australian
Regarding your frenulum question, it will never be as sensitive as it was, as most or all of it was cut off, and it (if any remains) and the rest of your glans and inner foreskin will keratinize increasingly (to a point) over time leading to much less sensitivity. If a circumcised penis has any fren...

From what you have told us, it doesn't sound to me like you should get an implant. It has only been 4 months. That's not very long when it comes to penis injuries.

Re: Inauguration day!
ok. day 2 and there has been one big development. I had my first orgasm today during anal sex with my lady. Prior to, we’d been fucking with her face down, belly flat on bed, followed by some spoon fucking. That did the trick. Elapsed time was about 1/2 hour….and my Titan absolutely did not let me ...

Re: Titan members with 2cm or more RTEs
If you read my post I didn’t say there could be no problems if RTE’s are misused.RTE’s are a very common part of implant surgery and are used everyday with no problems.Putting fear in guys about RTE’s is not a good thing when in fact using them correctly is a good thing.I’m in no way blowing off an...
