Re: Pulling down on pump to help set it in good position

Hello Aussie: I could be mistaken, but those who are asked to pull downwards on the pump post-surgery for proper positioning were implanted using the infrapubic surgical approach, rather than penoscrotal, or one of the other half dozen methods. My surgery was penoscrotal and my specialist never inf...

Re: Best position for implanted men

I was researching the best sex positions for implanted guys. The parameters are ease of female orgasm, ease of male orgasm and effort required to perform the position. Would love to hear from experienced members with implants. Reverse cowgirl is the riskiest for men (more so with implant) Hmmm, I ha...

Re: Implant failure? Revision required in less than a year.

...most Drs prefer you to inflate for 15 to 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a day... ...Now mine also doesn't deflate fully, I can squeeze it while deflating it but it still has a sorta chub to it, almost like I'm starting to get aroused and having the beginning of an erection. It is in no way bothersome s...

Very true, Mark. It's a great technology - they just need to perfect it.

Re: Implant failure? Revision required in less than a year.

I can tell you my revision is pretty much the horror story you don't want to hear. I was implanted 4-12-23 and then less than 2 weeks later ( actually just before a week, I noticed it leaking down at about 5 days post op ) I started losing the post op erection that they leave you with, was told to ...

I have had to have revision as well, it's quite daunting.

Best of luck to you.

Thanks so much, aussie! I will definitely let everyone know how it goes.

How long between your initial implant and the revision? How are things for you now?

Thanks again!

Re: Implant failure? Revision required in less than a year.

Looks like it could be a cylinder aneurysm as shown in the attached pic Yikes! Definitely seems like that could be the case! I took a pic of your pic and will send to my Dr., although with the revision a week away, I guess he'll know soon enough. Thanks for the info! I will be sure to let everyone ...

Implant failure? Revision required in less than a year.

Hey guys, Hope all are well. Been a while since I've been on here, so my apologies to those I might've helped. Anyway, wondering if anyone else has had these issues: 1. Pump never stops pumping, but nothing is happening after cylinders are hard - just keeps pumping. 2. I can fully deflate, but then ...

Re: cycling issues

Now at 200 pumps girth is 7” at base of shaft, 6.5” mid-base, & 5.5+” closer to the head. That's odd - your penis sounds like how mine looks since the pump has acted weird. I liken it to a tree - very girthy at the base, then narrowing towards the head. I need to call AMS soon to ask them, just...

Re: Ams 700 lgx malfunction

Sorry to hear you're having issues. I've also got "something" going on, but I'm not sure what - I posted this as a reply under the "cycling issues" post. Maybe it's a matter of time? "I seem to be having this same issue and would love to know what's going on. Initially I ca...
