I have the same issue and the same lack of instruction or support from my DR and surgeon I wear briefs and then a tight jock strap when I travel

I picked the Titan but because I had scar damage due to Trimix reaction —- i wish I could have picked the AMS but the Titan was best if you have damage.

Are you guys pumping up your implant first and then using the VED? I would be worried of pulling the penis past the tubing…

I walked in to my surgery with a 6 inch penis and left with a fully pumped up 4. I am encouraged by reading the comments that it will change over time but right now after my 6 week post op check in and cycle I’m pretty devastated.
