My guess is if you're set on a Titan, Dr. Clavell will happily oblige you. Since you're probably one of the relatively few that have had both (not a fun club to be in, for sure), I'd assume he'll go with your preference.
What was the cause of your IPPs failing?

Re: Questions to ask DR
This is a good point newbie443. When I met with my first doctor, the doctor that would have literally cost me only a copay 1/100 of what I paid out of pocket, he wasn't sure of the manufacturer Kaiser used, but assured me it was reputable. :? He then had me stand up and with his gloved hand held my ...

Re: Questions to ask DR
haha, good point. I think there is a perfectly valid benefit to experiences and opinions (if based in fact), I searched for those when I was researching too and tremendously appreciated those that had gone before me sharing their thought processes. I just don't think opinions belong on a thread wher...

Re: Questions to ask DR
Infrapubic surgery vs penoscrotal surgery is a pertinent question ! I said it was my opinion AND to research it . I would definitely want to know what method my surgeon was gonna use , why and the pros and cons of it @Journeyman, my post was not in response to your post. sswinsfba made claims in hi...

Re: Questions to ask DR
I don't want to speak for the OP, but this thread was asking for the questions to ask his doctor, NOT opinions on what implant, approach, surgery, recovery, doctor is better..... in your opinion. Each man should take the time and develop questions and obtain satisfactory answers for themselves, doin...

Re: Questions to ask DR
The Boston Scientific (AMS) product is different from the Coloplast product. They both have pros and cons. I would ONLY consult with doctors that offer both and have experience with both. Otherwise you're only getting half of the story. Penis implants are not "one size fits all" in terms o...

Re: 15 month Update
It wouldn't be possible to just "drop in" to see Karpman but my guess is that he would probably say the same thing. Take care & best wishes to you. :) My "drop in" characterization isn't quite correct, but when I found I would be flying in to Houston from California I reache...

Re: 15 month Update
Good to see you post again sswinsfba, seems like it's been awhile. You were implanted just a month or so before me, I'm at the 14 month mark now and share your enthusiasm for implants. My experience was similar to yours in terms of recovery, although we have different doctors, implants and surgical ...

Re: AMS 700 CX or LGX?
I think surprisingly decent advice if you haven't tried it might be asking ChatGBT if you kinda know something but want to know a lot more. Not necessarily about implants, I meant it probably knows a good deal, but in general it's an amazing tool] It's just too bad that it puts out authoritative lo...

yes, not only can she feel the warm fluid but there is still a "spasm" as you put it.
