I don’t see any reason for Dr. Clavell to boost his number and lie on a public platform like twitter/X. If he says he did his 1000th penile implant, I would believe that. I am also sure that most of these 1000 have been done in last 1-2 years.

It works better for me when I use both hands and also when I inflate while standing. Do you inflate it while standing up or while lying down on bed?

same size as pre-op should be a reasonable expectation. In some cases (like me) I see a slight increase in my size.
